2.4 A player is entitled to pay for the lottery tickets to third parties (in other words, the payment for a lottery ticket should not necessarily happen to the player's account) or to use for payment bank accounts of third parties, provided that he has power of attorney to dispose of these accounts. The player directly responsible for the availability of appropriate powers of attorney.
